Is my wedding date available?

Short answer: Most likely yes.

Long answer: Because we are a team of creators, we don’t rely on the schedule of one specific photographer or videographer. However, if you are requesting a specific creator, we will do our best to accommodate that request.

What is your preferred style of storytelling?

Generally, we cater our style of photography and cinematography to each couple. However, we typically describe our style as photojournalistic. We like to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. We make the day about you while trying to capture the mood of your day.

What venues have you worked with?

Well, that varies depending on the year and couple as budgets and availability changes. However, we have worked with several venues in and around the Atlanta area.

How many weddings do you do in a year?

To ensure the greatest level of quality we limit ourselves to 25 weddings a year. This ensures that our clients get the best turn-around on their deliveries and our team can continue to be creative throughout the year. We are currently booking for 2022 and into 2023.

Are there others in your team?

Yes, we have a great staff of photographers and cinematographers. We don’t farm out work. Anyone that we bring to your big day is someone we’ve worked with and will vouch for the quality of their work.
Ultimately we control the process from start to finish in regards to our team-members.

Where can we see a full wedding day?

At Cxllab Productions, we believe in showing you a day from start to end. We don’t just depend on that one wow shot for Instagram, we show you the whole day on our Projects page.

What do your packages include?

As a company we have found that our best work comes from days when we have time to accommodate our clients requests. We have two base options of six to eight hours of coverage. Once you’ve decided how much of the day you want covered, you can mix and match additional options.

What happens if I go overtime?

You need us there longer? We love a good reception. Our rate is simple, we add ~$500 an hour for overtime, depending on your package and as long as we can stay.

When will I receive proofs and how many photos can I expect?

At Cxllab, we do a quick preview within 24/48 hours. Typically you will receive between 10-30 photos the next day. For the full gallery, we turn around 60-90 days. As a rule of thumb, we deliver about 25% of the photos we take. We don’t make you go through all 3-4k photos we take that day, we cull (select) the photos, then from that do color editing and simple clean up. From that, we deliver in a gallery to the couple first. From there you can choose to share your gallery with family and friends. Some couples want to approve what is put up first so we always give you veto power if you want to have us remove photos from the gallery before that goes out.

How many people will cover my wedding?

Based on your package and any additional add-ons we like to have at least 2 photographers cover your event. Its always good to have more than one eye and angle on the day of. Secondly, we like to have an assistant there with us to be the point of contact and a runner for what we need, that way we can be present at the moment. As far as cinematography goes, all of our packages include a second videographer/assistant.

What happens if the is an “Act of God” or an emergency?

While we hope this never happens, we know you can't plan everything. If something unforeseen happens and you need to cancel or a hurricane wipes out the wedding venue, we will work with you on your reschedule. In our contracts, we do have a non-refundable deposit and up to 30 days before the wedding date all other monies are refundable up to that point (outside of the deposit). We have had last-minute cancellations and with the current COVID-19 climate, and we will work with you to move your date to a later time without an additional charge (for the first move).

How long have you been doing weddings?

Cxllab was founded in late 2019. However, our team has been shooting weddings individually from at least 2015. Some of us started photography capturing weddings. We’ve seen a lot. Your day is safe with us.
